JERIA HAIR – SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Wigs: 1–2 business days
  • Custom Wigs: 3–7 business days

Shipping Time

  • Canada: 2–5 business days
  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your address is correct.
Jeria Hair is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery time is beyond our control.
If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

JERIA HAIR – RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are FINAL.
Hair products cannot be returned once opened, worn, or altered.


We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Installed or worn wigs
  • Opened bundles
  • Cut lace
  • Custom or colored wigs
  • Used hair products

Acceptable Returns (RARE cases only):

A return may be approved only if:

  • The wig/bundles arrive unused,
  • Unworn,
  • In original packaging,
  • With lace untouched,
  • And a manufacturer defect is proven with photos within 24–48 hours of delivery.

If approved, the product must be returned in its original condition before a replacement or store credit is issued.
